Cuvée Domaine élevée en fûts 2015 (150 cl)

The very heart of our wines... is the finesse, elegance, concentration and perfect expression of our best terroirs. Each grape variety harvested at perfect maturity is vinified in order to express the best of the grape's quality, both in terms of aroma and structure. The wine is then aged for a year in barrels and 22hl tuns to refine the structure, stabilise the matter and colour and bring out the aromatic complexity. Finally, before bottling, the wine is matured in vats to bring about the necessary evolution so that it will give you satisfaction from the moment you buy it and for many years to come, so that it can be kept for more than 10 years if the storage conditions are respected.
